Job description

  • The candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be OK with dealing with ambiguity
  • The candidate will be passionate about the product, design, and user experience
  • Understand and apply the branding standards
  • Understand and utilize the tools and technologies being used
  • Know how to plan flexibly and allocate your time, because at OpenNet(Fcom team) we will carry out multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Work with the Test and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to address any issues

Requirements

  • Good writing skills and ability clearly articulate design solutions to non-designer audiences
  • Create user flow, wireframes, and prototypes effectively to communicate your ideas using any of these methods
  • Collaborate closely with PM and developers to design appealing, user-friendly, and crisp UI assets and implement intuitive user experiences
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Produce final production visuals that will be implemented into the product

Skills and Educational / Qualification Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
  • Technical understanding (HTML, CSS, etc.) and familiar with UI/UX development guidelines (ex, iOS/Material Design Guidelines)
  • Experience using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Overflow, AE
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with motion graphic

  • Have co-work internationally experience, have participated in the development of products not limited to Taiwanese users, and have the courage to accept global challenges
  • Master’s degree or above in design-related studies
  • Experience creating animated prototype samples within applications
