QA Manual Tester -Equity/Capital Markets Domain

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience to lead testing efforts for enterprise applications within the Equity/Stock Plan domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing, test planning, defect management, and validating complex business workflows across UI, APIs, data flows, and batch processes.

This role requires strong leadership, coordination with cross-functional teams, and the ability to ensure high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

Skills Needed:

Skills Needed:

• QA Professional (10+ years of experience in Testing) with strong manual testing experience especially in workflows related Equity domain. Nice to have knowledge of Equity plan administration (stock plans and equity compensation program)
• Performing functional testing to UI, API, Data flow, Batch job
• Creation test plan, reporting on testing progress, completion report for application releases and ensuring defect management
• Experience in Agile Methodology
