Job description

As a Database Developer on our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems. You will work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure efficient and effective database management., * Design, develop, and maintain database systems using PL/SQL and Oracle.

  • Optimize database performance through efficient database design and indexing strategies.
  • Create and maintain ETL processes for data migration and integration.
  • Develop scripts for automating database tasks using Unix shell scripting and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot database issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in database development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL programming.
  • Experience working with Oracle database systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of AWS services related to database management.
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with Unix shell scripting.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
