Staff Software Engineer, Data Products

• Design and maintain reusable feature datasets for various machine learning applications
• Establish self-service foundations for dataset creation within the organization
• Translate modeling needs into production-ready feature pipelines in partnership with Data Scientists
• Identify and prepare source data for feature engineering tasks
• Balance data features’ freshness, correctness, and efficiency in pipeline design
• Build datasets for both historical model training and live inferences
• Design and implement batch and streaming data pipelines for healthcare data

• 8+ years of experience building large-scale production data platforms and distributed data pipelines
• Strong background in designing reusable datasets for machine learning
• Experience collaborating closely with Data Scientists to implement feature engineering workflows
• Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives
• Expert knowledge of cloud-native data platforms, particularly AWS
• Proficient in building reliable batch and streaming data pipelines
• Familiarity with healthcare, behavioral data, or large-scale event data is a plus
