C / C++ Software Engineer (Mid & Senior)

We’re hiring Mid and Senior engineers for two complementary roles - both building ultra-resilient 5G/6G network software for military, critical infrastructure, and enterprise clients. IS-Wireless is a Polish deep-tech company and NATO DIANA partner.

ROLE 1 - C++ Software Engineer (L1 · PHY Layer)

Develop low-level physical layer (Layer 1) software: signal processing, PHY/MAC, O-RU integration, and performance optimization (3GPP, O-RAN, ETSI).

Must-have:

3+ years C++ (C++14/17/20) in performance-critical systems

DSP fundamentals + 5G NR PHY concepts (OFDM, MIMO, LDPC/Polar)

SIMD vectorization (SSE/AVX/NEON), multithreading, lock-free design

Embedded Linux (x86/ARM), CMake, Git, profiling (gdb/perf/VTune)

Very good English

Nice to have: O-RAN fronthaul (eCPRI), FPGA/GPU/DSP accelerators, DPDK

ROLE 2 - C Developer (L2/L3 · System Software)

Join the L2/L3 team building high-performance data processing engines and system-level components in C99 - computational challenges, not protocol specs.

Must-have:

3+ years professional C (C99) - system programming focus

Algorithms, data structures, computational complexity optimization

Multi-threading, memory management, high-performance computing

Linux systems programming, debugging tools, performance analysis

Very good English

Nice to have: HPC/parallel processing, packet processing, lock-free data structures
