Mountain Ltd. has an opening for an GIS Analyst/Specialist to work Remotely supporting EST/CST time zone!
The GIS Analyst / Project Manager will provide technical and project leadership for GIS-based initiatives. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining GIS data, creating maps and spatial analyses, establishing workflows and quality standards, managing project schedules and deliverables, and presenting observations that support operational improvements. The GIS Analyst / Project Manager will communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and senior leadership and participate in meetings as required.
Candidates must have Intermediate knowledge of Portuguese.
Additional duties commensurate with the role will be completed as required.
Requirements

Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS applications, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online

Experience developing, maintaining, analyzing, and validating geospatial data

Ability to manage project scope, schedules, priorities, and deliverables

Knowledge of GIS data standards, spatial analysis, mapping, and quality-control practices

Ability to translate technical requirements into practical GIS solutions and workflows
-
Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries
-
Proven ability to build strong client, peer-level, and cross-functional relationships
-
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Must work independently with minimal direction and learn multiple applications
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
-
Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects effectively
-
Telecommunications, utility, or outside-plant engineering experience preferred
