Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python and AWS Lambda.
  • Build serverless solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
  • Integrate applications with Aurora and DynamoDB databases.
  • Manage database schema changes, versioning, and migrations using Liquibase.
  • Implement automated testing and ensure application reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support release activities.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
  • Drive best practices in coding, security, and cloud application development.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python development
  • Expertise in building and maintaining REST APIs
  • Experience with AWS Lambda and serverless application architecture
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services
  • Experience with Amazon Aurora and DynamoDB
  • Hands-on experience with Liquibase for database schema management and migrations
  • Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and logging
  • Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
