Job description
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and develop AI-powered analytics solutions and intelligent tools that deliver actionable insights to business users.
- Design and build dynamic dashboards and decision-support applications using Power BI and Power Platform
- Leverage LLMs and AI agents to synthesize structured and unstructured data into context-rich insights. Utilize Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, and Snowflake to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based approaches to enable more accurate, explainable, and scalable AI-driven outcomes
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear business narratives to support commercial strategy, growth initiatives, and operational performance. Identify opportunities to automate insights generation through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents.
- Ensure alignment with healthcare KPIs, including performance tracking across IDNs, facilities, and commercial segments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and seven (7) years of experience in a data analytics role, * High school/ GED and 11 years of experience in a data analytics role, * Four (4) Years experience working with SQL, data analysis, AI/ML concepts and BI tools
- One (1) yearHands-on experience with building effective AI agents and application of AI in business use cases.
- One (1)Year of Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, etc.)
- Three (3) years experience experience translating data into business insights and executive-ready storytelling
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Power BI PL-300 Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based approaches to achieve scalable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI development platforms.
- Evaluate and compare different AI models (Claude/GPT) to determine the best fit for specific use cases (e.g., reasoning tasks, summarization, automation, analytics). Select and apply models based on trade-offs across accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Experience working with healthcare data and KPIs (e.g., hospitals, IDNs, commercial analytics)
Benefits & conditions
Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.). The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we generate and deliver insights across our healthcare business. This role focuses on building intelligent, AI-powered analytic solutions that convert complex, healthcare data into context-aware, decision-ready intelligence.
Your work will directly support the commercial transformation team to drive growth objectives and strategy for operations, portfolio/marketing and sales teams. You will help bridge the gap between raw data and business outcomes by delivering interpretable, actionable insights at scale.
