Requirements

  1. 12+ years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience
  2. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems
  3. Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, PostgreSQL)
  4. Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and Agent Orchestration
  5. Experience integrating OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, or similar GenAI platforms into enterprise applications
  6. Experience developing AI-assisted workflow automation and intelligent decision-support solutions
  7. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar AI-assisted development tools
  8. Strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills
