Requirements

8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
Strong experience converting legacy data into PeopleSoft using ETL processes
Experience developing third-party inbound and outbound interfaces
PeopleTools: PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL and SQR
Integration Broker: REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle
Linux scripting
Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
Business requirement analysis and technical design documentation
Microsoft O365 tools and MS Teams experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Public-sector or government project experience
State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials
Treasury Offset Program
SharePoint, Jira, Scrum and STAT

Candidates must be comfortable working with a large remote team and supporting occasional off-hours work based on project needs.
