Salesforce Technical Lead

Role - We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Development Teams, QA, and Integration teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud., Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce development across Agile sprint cycles.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimation.Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable Salesforce solutions.Break down complex technical requirements into deliverable work packages.Ensure timely delivery of development tasks while meeting acceptance criteria.Conduct technical investigations and proof-of-concept activities.Perform Salesforce code reviews and enforce development best practices.Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.Coordinate with integration teams to ensure API and system integration alignment.Support defect investigation and resolution alongside QA teams.Mentor Salesforce Developers and provide technical leadership across the team.Drive continuous improvement within the Salesforce development lifecycle.
