London | Hybrid WorkingFull-time - no sponsorship can be offeredSalary: £75,000 - £90,000 basic + bonus + travel covered + benefits Work with a leading Microsoft consultancy that delivers innovative Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud and AI solutions to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects., Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.Design, develop and implement custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF Controls and Azure services.Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practice across project teams.Manage DevOps and ALM processes, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-powered solutions.Support technical pre-sales activities, solution design workshops and client engagements.Act as a trusted technical advisor for both project teams and stakeholders.

Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.Hands-on development expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plug-ins and PCF Controls.Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and integrations.Knowledge of DevOps, ALM and CI/CD best practices.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Developer position. Desirable: Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI experience.GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.Data migration and integration project experience.Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600.
