Working Student - IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture

We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture Team! The position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

About the Job

The IT Compliance & Enterprise Architecture Team supports IT Governance, Risk and Compliance activities within a regulated asset management environment while maintaining oversight of application, technology and service landscapes across the organization.

As a Working Student, you will gain practical experience in IT compliance, governance processes, enterprise architecture, data analysis, reporting, and information quality management. You will also work with modern digital and AI-assisted productivity tools while supporting stakeholder engagement and management reporting activities.

What you do

• Support IT compliance activities, reporting, and governance processes
• Maintain compliance-related inventories, registers, and documentation
• Perform data quality reviews and support regulatory initiatives
• Maintain application, technology, and service inventories
• Contribute to data quality improvements across architecture repositories
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform data quality analyses and identify inconsistencies
• Support simplification and standardization initiatives

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
• Affinity for technology and digital solutions
• German language skills are a plus
• Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
• Interest in IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and data analysis
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
