Key ResponsibilitiesLead client relationships and manage projects from scope to delivery.Translate business challenges into clear strategic solutions.Use Generative AI to support research, analysis and content development.Critically review AI outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.Deliver multiple projects, managing timelines, resources and risks.Configure and oversee AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions.Mentor Consultants and Analysts, fostering collaboration and development.Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support proposals.Work closely with strategy, data and technology teams.Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (MBA or MSc desirable).4-6 years’ experience in consulting, healthcare or life sciences.Experience leading workstreams or client engagements.Strong understanding of healthcare, life sciences or digital health.Confident using Generative AI tools in day-to-day work.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Experience managing client relationships and commercial discussions.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
