  • Visit customer sites before, during, and after commissioning activities as required to support local teams and gather feedback for product and process improvements.
  • Ensure actions assigned to central functions are completed effectively and within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor product performance after customer handover and report significant field issues to R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and other relevant departments.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of FMEAs, control plans, and quality protocols for manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and improve standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of manufactured and purchased products.
  • Support Supplier Quality and manufacturing plants in executing supplier PPAP activities.
  • Review and approve PPAP documentation from internal and external suppliers.
  • Lead corrective action activities and facilitate cross-functional teams using 8D problem-solving methodology.
  • Support customer complaint investigations and product return analysis activities.
  • Monitor global field failure trends and support continuous improvement and product reliability initiatives.
