Job description

Develop and document technical workflows, microservices, APIs, and system interactions using cloud-based and enterprise integration platforms.

Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Create high-quality Epics, Features, and User Stories in JIRA.
Ensure comprehensive and audience-appropriate business and technical documentation.
Support all phases of application delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and rollout.
Participate in and support quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Systems Analyst and Application Developer.

Strong experience working with Automotive OEMs.
Proficient in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
Skilled in using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and project tracking.
Analyze and document business/user needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and gap analysis activities.
Assess business impacts across processes, applications, APIs, and integrations., Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, IBM IIB, Datapower, JMS, SOAP/REST services, UML, WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat, authentication protocols, ORM tools, relational/NoSQL databases, scripting languages, and CI/CD tools.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong execution focus, attention to detail, and ability to deliver tasks to completion.
