Join a highly visible enterprise infrastructure transformation team driving large-scale modernization initiatives across hybrid cloud, virtualization, and next-generation datacenter environments. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, influencing technical strategy, and working with cutting-edge technologies in a stable, growth-oriented organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions supporting high availability and operational resilience
• Drive datacenter transformation efforts including virtualization, storage, and cloud migration projects
• Support and enhance enterprise virtualization platforms and hyperconverged infrastructure environments
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams on strategic initiatives
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and performance issues
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization efforts
• Assist with long-term infrastructure planning, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations

• 5 + years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering or hybrid cloud environments
• Strong expertise with virtualization technologies, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix environments including AHV and Prism strongly preferred
• Experience supporting VMware enterprise environments including ESXi and vCenter
• Exposure to Azure and/or GCP within hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Experience supporting enterprise storage, compute, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
