Job description
- Provides Systems Administration and manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
- Conducts basic hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies and train end users on the proper use of hardware and software.
- Performs basic software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
Requirements
Computer Literacy, Computer Systems, Customer Service, End Users, Help Desk Support, 2 + years of related experience, * Education: Technical Training, IT certification(s) and HS Degree required.
- Required Technical Experience: 2+ years of related Systems Administration experience with Active Directory, RSA SecurID, and SolarWinds Orion.
- Candidate will troubleshoot system hardware and software issues and provide routine technical support in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
- Required Certification: Must have a current DOD 8570 certification, such as CompTIA Security + CE.
- Required Security Clearance Level: current/active TS/SCI clearance.
- Work Location: customer site in Tampa, FL.

ARMA
The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
