Gen AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to define and lead the overall Generative AI solution architecture and target-state blueprint for large-scale enterprise transformation programmes. This role will play a strategic leadership position in shaping AI-driven solutions across enterprise data landscapes, with a particular focus on banking and financial services environments. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise data architecture, and AI governance. You will collaborate with business leaders, architects, data specialists, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and explainable GenAI solutions that support critical enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end GenAI solution architecture and target-state blueprint for enterprise programmes. Design and implement multi-agent workflows supporting metadata ingestion, semantic mapping, impact analysis, validation, and automation use cases. Evaluate, select, and optimize Large Language Models, including Claude and GPT-based architectures, aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval frameworks. Define prompt engineering, context engineering, and orchestration strategies to maximize solution effectiveness and accuracy. Design and govern integrations with Amazon Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, and associated AI platform services. Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks covering explainability, transparency, auditability, risk management, and compliance requirements. Lead architecture governance forums, technical design reviews, and solution assurance activities. Collaborate closely with enterprise data, cloud, security, and application architecture teams to ensure alignment with strategic technology roadmaps. Drive best practices for scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption across the organization. Provide architectural leadership and guidance to delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Extensive expertise in Enterprise Generative AI Architecture. Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and Vector Databases. Strong experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent frameworks. Strong understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration patterns and architectures. Good understanding of banking industry processes, regulatory considerations, and data governance principles. Experience establishing AI governance, explainability, and auditability frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to influence enterprise-wide technology strategy and drive architectural decision-making. Preferred Skills Knowledge of PostgreSQL. Experience working within large-scale banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments. Familiarity with enterprise metadata management, semantic technologies, and knowledge graph concepts. Understanding of cloud-native AI platform architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
