Job description

The Automation Reliability Associate will be responsible for assessing and resolving faults generated from automated vehicles. Faults can be due to vehicle encountering debris, bad pallets, stretch wrap, falling or misaligned loads among other things. The successful candidate will utilize a tablet and reports to assess where the faults are occurring and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Candidate will also be responsible for tracking and escalating faults so as to ensure automated vehicles have maximum uptime and meet established KPI metrics.

Position Detail - Responsibilities

  • Respond to AGV faults.

  • Provide backup support for ASO’S.

  • Trained and understand how to resolve faults safely.

  • Escalate faults timely to the appropriate contact as necessary.

  • Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams as needed on faults and resolutions.

  • Escalate trends in fault data to appropriate parties so the teams can root cause.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Provide PM’s and are certified in lockout tagout.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Flexible in priorities and ever-changing environment.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Distribution Center practices.

Position Detail - Key Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • 1-2 years exposure to the PKMS system

  • Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to work with minimum supervision

  • Self-motivator

  • Team player

  • Able to handle stressful situations

  • Read/Write in English

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
