Job description
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Employee Central module to align with current business needs.
- Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects in collaboration with the IT team and technical developers.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with other business systems, ensuring data integrity and consistent user experience.
- Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies to maintain high data standards across the department.
- Define and enforce data standards, best practices, and data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
- Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
- Create and maintain a variety of HR dashboards using HRIS tools and data analytics technologies.
- Manage the JIRA Software ticketing system for HR, providing support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
- Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes and evaluate existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automated workflows.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a huge plus.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience working with databases and creating dashboards using PowerBI and SuccessFactors-People Analytics (preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter who proactively seeks improvements.
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
