What you will contribute to ONE HUNDRED As Co-lead technical operations, you drive the technical reliability and day-to-day performance of all ONE HUNDRED locations across Europe.Working closely with the Repair & Maintenance team, you keep our technical systems operational, covering preventive and corrective maintenance, IT hardware, access gates, smart payment systems and connected devices.This is a hands-on role with real operational ownership. You coordinate technical activities, resolve complex issues, support technicians and partners, and improve the processes behind our growing European network.You combine practical technical expertise with the ability to organise, improve and scale, working independently while aligning priorities with the Tech Lead.

Technical operations and maintenance

  • Own day-to-day technical uptime across ONE HUNDRED’s European locations
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed service levels
  • Support technicians, operations teams and maintenance partners on complex issues
  • Prioritise maintenance activities, recurring issues and improvements
  • Use data, automation and AI tools to improve incident analysis and planning
  • Support international locations remotely and on-site when needed

Hardware, access and payment systems

  • Ensure reliability of IT hardware, connected devices, access gates and payment systems
  • Build, test and develop ONE HUNDRED’s access gates, so technicians can install and maintain them independently
  • Provide back-up support for payment modules, including Payter, massage chairs, vending machines and face-scan devices
  • Coordinate technical troubleshooting with suppliers and technology partners

Performance and development

  • Maintain the CMMS and monitor uptime, recurring incidents and SLA performance
  • Translate recurring issues into structural improvements and standardise processes across countries
  • Support the international roll-out and testing of new hardware, software and IoT

Requirements

  • Several years’ experience in technical operations, service, maintenance or engineering, multi-site environment preferred

  • Hands-on technical background with hardware, electronics, connected devices, access or payment systems

  • Experience coordinating technicians, suppliers or maintenance partners

  • Familiar with preventive/corrective maintenance, SLAs and technical performance reporting

  • Able to independently resolve complex technical issues and translate recurring problems into structural improvements

  • Comfortable balancing hands-on work with coordination, communication and stakeholder management

  • Comfortable in an international, fast-growing organisation

  • Willing to travel across Europe; available for the support schedule (~1 weekend/month)

  • Professional English; Dutch is a plus

  • A valid driving licence
