Job description

To act as the site lead for stock accuracy, system integrity, and discrepancy management, ensuring full alignment between system stock (CMEX & NAV) and reported production activity. The role bridges the gap between system data and operational reality; ensuring that the systems accurately reflect production, communicating effectively to operatives in the factory to help maintain efficiency and deliver on daily goals, training others on the correct way to use the systems and controlling discrepancies while also driving forward improvements for system usage.

Maintenance of master data within CMEX and NAV

Responsibilities

System Stock Accuracy & Control Own and manage system stock accuracy across:

  • Raw materials
  • Packaging
  • WIP
  • Finished goods

Monitor and reconcile stock positions within CMEX and NAV Identify discrepancies through:

  • System reports
  • Production data
  • Stock count results
  • Issues and queries raised by operatives
  • Stock investigations that you conduct

Ensure alignment between:

  • System transactions
  • Reported production outputs
  • Stock movements

System Ownership (CMEX & NAV)

  • Act as site owner for system data integrity
  • Maintain and validate master data (BOMs, yields, weights)
  • Identify system-related risks impacting stock accuracy

Reporting, Analysis & Insight

  • Develop and maintain stock and discrepancy reports
  • Analyse data trends to identify:
  • Recurring issues
  • Waste driver
  • Process weaknesses

Requirements
