Software Engineer (Spark/Scala)

We seek a Software Engineer with skills in Java and/or Spark-Scala and a DevOps mindset to join our team.

• Work across various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Build, test, and support applications using Java and/or Spark-Scala.
• Deliver and maintain finance data solutions, especially on AWS Cloud.
• Support daily operations (BAU) and resolve technical issues.
• Report to a Software Engineering Manager and collaborate with the development team, product owner, and stakeholders.
• Share knowledge, document clearly, and promote teamwork.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Analyze current systems and seek improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to leads and team members.

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Java 8+ and/or Spark Scala.
• Good understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services, especially for data migrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with container tools such as RabbitMQ.
