AI Enablement Specialist - AI Agent Transformation

• User Enablement & Upskilling: Act as the primary support and coach for AI users; design and deliver training programs, workshops, and guidelines to increase AI literacy and Everyday AI mindset
• Skill & Workflow Development: Collaborate with business units to identify repetitive tasks and support employees in • Designing and implementing Everyday AI solutions leveraging state-of-the-art AI agents, custom AI skills, and automated workflows
• Adoption Management: Drive the active usage of AI tools across the organization; take self-initiative to identify barriers to adoption and implement strategies to overcome them in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders
• Community Building: Support in establishing a network of “AI Trainers” to foster peer-to-peer learning and share best practices across departments
• Feedback Loop & Optimization: Collect user feedback and identify recurring pain points to provide actionable insights for AI Product Owners and technical teams
• Governance & Responsible AI: Educate employees on the ethical use of AI, including data privacy, security guidelines, and the importance of human-in-the-loop verification
• Success Measurement: Define and track AI adoption KPIs for user enablement and adoption (e.g., active users, time saved) and report on the tangible impact of enablement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate training, digital transformation, change management, or a comparable role in a technology-driven environment. - Proven passion for Generative AI and a strong practical understanding of State-of-the-Art AI usage techniques
• Strong ability to translate complex technical features into simple, value-driven instructions for non-technical users
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and the ability to motivate people during digital transitions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills
• Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented working style with a “growth mindset
• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code tools or instructional design software is an advantage
