Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates activities pertaining to the preservation, renovation, and tenant maintenance of an assigned property in accordance with client expectation, company policies and governmental regulations. This is an administartive support, * Assign and manage the completion of work orders by a national network of sub-contractors.

  • Ensures the timeliness and accuracy of work orders completed by sub-contractors.
  • Communicates with internal client teams to provide update on projects as needed.
  • Consults with the vendor to review pricing and scope of work for individual orders, ensuring they are completed accurately.
  • Communicates company policies and client requirements/specifications to vendors.
  • Assists in maintaining and overseeing service contracts, negotiates new contracts or terminates existing ones as required.
  • Recruits vendors as necessary in their territory to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position in order to facilitate collaboration and teamwork, timely client interaction and working with company equipment during scheduled business hours.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of the foreclosure process and workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • 2+ years of experience in the Mortgage Field Service Industry preferred.
