Job description
The senior developer will lead/contribute to the design, development, and administration on technologies such as DRUPAL platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins., * Works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management.
- Actively participates and provides inputs in major design decisions working with Architects. Works with Business Analysts, SMEβs, system owners, customers and end users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables.
- Works with the team to build a design (including data/object & process models) that will scale to meet evolving, enterprise, and future state needs with a focus on the project release goals.
- Designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.
- Identifies and introduces new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their toughest challenges.
- Demonstrates experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed.
- Demonstrates experience designing, implementing, and integrating DRUPAL with federal systems (on premise, cloud).
- Demonstrates experience delivering DRUPAL solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508.
- Demonstrates experience utilizing Webform Module in DRUPAL.
- Demonstrate proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) coding tools. Specifically, applicants must have substantial experience with AI assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL).
Requirements
- Five plus years (with a minimum of five years of experience in DRUPAL) of hands-on full stack experience as team leading architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
- Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Experience working with AI assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL)
- Experience working with Webform module in Drupal.
- Must be able to pass a Public Trust background.
Status
- Contingent on contract win.
