Job description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Compliance, and Business teams to drive alignment, accountability, and execution.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and portfolio visibility.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
  • Ensure projects align with regulatory, security, and compliance frameworks, including SOX, NIST, and CIS controls.
  • Manage vendors, statements of work, project deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project and organizational needs.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting on project status, risks, financials, milestones, and key decisions.
  • Support the development and maturity of PMO processes, including project intake, prioritization, governance, and delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT project or program management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering projects within financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure upgrades involving servers, storage, networks, or data centers.
  • Experience leading cloud migration initiatives across AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, risk management, vulnerability remediation, or compliance-related initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and security frameworks.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs, project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
