ERP Data Administrator F/M

The ERP Data Administrator is responsible for operating the item and vendor registration process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring data accuracy under the control and approval of the Category Managers., * Operate the item and vendor registration process under the control and approval of the Category Managers.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all databases.
• Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce data entry standards and schedules.
• Comply with data confidentiality, system security, and corporate policies.

• Solid knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365 Business Central)
• Experience with data management and reporting tools
• Excellent written communication for SOP writing
• Project management and task prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and methodically
• Strong interpersonal skills: patience, pedagogy, active listening
• Conflict resolution and customer service mindset
• Responsiveness and adaptability
• Respect for data confidentiality, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ERP support, data management, or project coordination
• Native Thai speaker with working knowledge of English
