Survey Data Manager - Enabling & Earthworks - Sizewell C - Suffolk Site based Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C
As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the Enabling and Earthwork Section. What will you do?
The Survey Data Manger is responsible for the implementation of the E&E survey team data management and coordination. This pivotal role involves close daily stakeholder interface with the survey manager and project surveyors. Experience implementing survey workflows and data process on large scale infrastructure projects. The role requires technical expertise and support to the broader survey team, ensuring data capture and processing complies with the nuclear and data security requirements.
The role will be located within the Enabling and Earthworks scope, reporting to the survey manager for day-to-day requirements. Additional key stakeholder interface will include the CWA BIM and digital engineering team.
Requirements

Degree or equivalent in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related discipline.
- Specialist survey and process software.
- Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS, ICES, CIHT).
- Experience in surveying and survey processes.
- Proven track record implementing and survey data management
- Track records dealing with survey data coordination.
- Experience with ‘big data’ processing I.e. photogrammetry and point cloud data
