Interim Business Change Lead

Key Responsibilities:Lead the business change workstream across a large-scale ERP transformationDevelop and deliver the business change strategy, ensuring organisational readiness for implementationLead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activitiesSupport the design of future operating models, workforce transition plans and new ways of workingBuild strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, Trade Unions and key stakeholders to drive adoptionDevelop change champion networks, learning strategies and benefits realisation plans to ensure sustainable change

About You:Significant experience leading business change on large-scale ERP transformation programmesStrong understanding of organisational change, target operating models and workforce transition planningExperience delivering change impact assessments, business readiness and stakeholder engagement strategiesConfident working with senior leaders, Trade Unions and complex stakeholder groups within large organisationsExcellent communication, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to drive organisational adoptionLocal Government experience is desirable, alongside knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Unit4 or Workday Due to high application volumes, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually.
