Job description

Reed Business Support are looking for a dedicated Data Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining and managing critical business data.

Day-to-Day of the role:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems.
  • Performing regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Identifying and correcting inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
  • Generating reports and extracting data when required.
  • Supporting various teams with administrative and data-related tasks.
  • Managing confidential information in line with company procedures.
  • Assisting with process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring records remain organised, compliant, and up to date.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or database systems would be advantageous.
