Job description
- Lead and grow an established GIS team while helping shape the future of the department.
- Take ownership of a wide variety of projects, from planning through delivery.
- Work with advanced mapping technology while helping improve processes and expand capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a team of GIS professionals while providing technical guidance and project oversight.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Improve GIS workflows, support enterprise mapping systems, and help introduce new technologies.
Requirements
- Experience leading GIS projects and supervising technical teams.
- Strong background with enterprise GIS platforms and geospatial data management.
- Python experience is a plus and may qualify for a higher compensation range. GISP certification is preferred, not required.
