Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced SQL Developer to join our growing team. The SQL Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our databases to ensure efficient and accurate data management for our organization. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Atlanta, Georgia office., * Design and develop SQL databases to store and manage data for our organization

  • Create and maintain database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions
  • Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from the databases
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
  • Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure data integrity and system stability
  • Develop and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries
  • Collaborate with other developers and IT professionals to integrate data from various sources into our databases
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SQL database technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or other data integration and reporting tools
  • Ability to write efficient and complex SQL queries
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
