Level 1 Systems Administrator

SaferWay Technologies provides outsourced Managed IT Services to businesses in the Greater Atlanta area, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry. SaferWay is seeking a qualified, professional, and motivated Level 1 Systems Administrator. The Level 1 Systems Administrator will be a key member of the service delivery operations to our clients. The individual will be responsible for providing support related to hardware, software and application issues in an efficient accurate manner., * Serve as Level 1 support support with hardware, software and application issues over email, phone or in-person

• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
• Assist and/or Lead in IT project implementations
• Document incidents and their resolution in our internal help desk ticketing software

• Engaged in information technology or related field of study
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within IT
• Current working knowledge of servers, virtualization, firewalls, switches, wireless, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, remote access, Microsoft Office, and common Windows-based applications
• Current working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP, file sharing, server migrations, and Windows server support
