Job Description: Leading printing company in the Detroit area is searching to hire a Business Intelligence Manager who will be the company’s enterprise data expert who will drive the company’s data strategy, governance and execution. Responsibilities include: Take ownership to drive the enterprise BI and data strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities Lead and enforce governance across distributed data systems, ensuring consistency, usability, and trust in enterprise data Contribute to defining, standardization and enforcement of governed data across multiple lines of business Architect and oversee scalable data models, pipelines, transformation notebooks and reporting frameworks Create and manage a dependable data infrastructure Ensure data quality, integrity, compliance, and security are standards across the enterprise Proactively identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in data usage and systematically implement solutions Qualifications Include, Bachelor’s degree in computer science

software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of business intelligence experience. Experience in franchise or multi-location business models Advanced expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL-based data platforms Expertise in one or more data related languages (e.g.: Python [Pandas, NumPy], PySpark, DAX, R, DTL, etc.) Proven ability to build and audit enterprise grade BI environments. Analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong organizational and time management skill. Excellent communication skills. On-site work required. May lead to a hybrid work schedule.
