Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Window Kernel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and has a proven record of accomplishment in computer security., * 3 years of professional software development experience writingin: C, C, Python

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience developing and testing kernellevel software for Windows
  • Three years of Windows kernel level debugging and diagnostics usingtools such as Windows DDK or Win DBG or equivalent
  • 3 years of demonstrated in-depth experience developing, testingand debugging software for Windows OS using Visual Studio IDE andWindows SDK
  • Demonstrated in-depth understand of Windows Low Level Systemsdevelopment and API
  • Our company is in Perry Hill, MD but the job will be on site - Chantilly, VA - not a remote opportunity, * A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Window Kernel, or similar role is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio IDE andWindows SDK languages are preferred
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and security frameworks
  • Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems
