Job description

We are seeking a Senior IS Applications Analyst to support and optimize enterprise healthcare applications and integration solutions across a large healthcare organization. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, clinical teams, informatics, and IT leadership to analyze requirements, support application functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise application integrations, healthcare systems, and application lifecycle support. The main applications being used are Facets, CareAdvance (Kafka), Networx Pricer, Trizetto Medicare System, Claim Editing System, Apache/TomEE/Tomcat, and IIS.

Requirements

7+ years of enterprise application support or application analyst experience supporting complex business-critical systems.

Strong enterprise application integration experience, including APIs, web services, interfaces, and cross-platform integrations.

Healthcare insurance experience supporting clinical, operational, payer, or provider-focused applications

Previous experience with the Trizetto Healthcare Suite as well as the Optum Perspective Payment suites

Experience with Windows Server environments, web services, and application architecture, including troubleshooting enterprise systems.

Previous experience and expertise with PowerShell

Jenkins, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, SolarWinds

Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, testing, and documentation. Epic Certification and Epic application support experience (preferred).

Healthcare integration experience, including HL7, FHIR, interface engines, or interoperability platforms.

Cloud and enterprise infrastructure experience, including Azure, AWS, enterprise web services, and modern integration platforms.
