Associate Director - SAP Agribusiness Business Development & Delivery - Full time

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agribusiness, Computer Science, or a related

discipline.

• 10+ years of experience within the agribusiness industry, including sectors such as dairy, meat

processing, grain trading, or food manufacturing.

• Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Supply Chain (SCM) implementation programs.
• Proven success leading client-facing presales activities, including solutioning, executive

presentations, demonstrations, proposal development, and complex deal support.

• Experience managing enterprise SAP implementations from project initiation through successful

go-live.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite

stakeholders.

• Established professional network within the agribusiness industry is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or Agribusiness solutions.
• Experience with SAP industry solutions including Dairy Management, Meat & Fish Management,

Agricultural Contract Management, Commodity Management, Rural Sourcing Management, or Intelligent Agriculture.

• Experience working within global consulting or delivery organizations.
• Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
