Job description

InnoScholar (InnoScholar.com) is seeking an experienced Learning Technology Architect - LifterLMS to architect, develop, and continuously improve its digital learning platform.

The ideal candidate is an expert in LifterLMS and WordPress, with strong AI implementation skills and a passion for building modern, scalable, and engaging online learning experiences. This individual should be able to evaluate the best technical solution for each challenge by leveraging native platform capabilities, existing integrations, automation, artificial intelligence, and custom development only when appropriate., * Design, develop, and continuously improve the InnoScholar learning platform.

Configure, customize, and maintain LifterLMS and WordPress.
Implement AI-powered capabilities that enhance learning, automation, and user experience.
Evaluate and integrate plugins, APIs, and third-party technologies.
Develop scalable, secure, and well-documented technical solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to rapidly implement new educational products and platform enhancements.
Provide ongoing technical guidance to support the growth of the platform.

Requirements

Expert-level experience with LifterLMS and WordPress.
Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools and workflow automation.
Experience integrating third-party plugins, APIs, and learning technologies.
Strong knowledge of online learning platforms and instructional technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment., * Experience with WooCommerce, membership platforms, payment systems, certificates, quizzes, and learner analytics.
Experience with prompt engineering, AI assistants, chatbots, and generative AI tools.
Familiarity with learning standards, accessibility, and user experience design.
