Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. They analyze business processes, identify technology opportunities, and help translate business requirements into technical specifications for projects, improvements and bug fixing.

Responsabilidades clave

• Requirement Gathering: Working with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and documenting these requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through technology.
• Solution Design: Developing and documenting system requirements, contributing to the design and configuration of systems, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and project managers.
• Testing and Documentation: Preparing and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and maintaining test documentation.
• Project Support: Supporting various technology projects, from initial planning and design to implementation and ongoing support.
• Staying Current: Staying up-to-date with the latest ICT trends and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (eg Masters degree and entry level role)
• Strong administrative skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
