· Salesforce Administrator Certification

· 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or similar Salesforce platform role.

· 1+ year of direct Salesforce Field Service experience required, including configuration and ongoing administration of Field Service objects and processes.

· Strong declarative automation skills, including Flow, validation rules, dynamic forms/pages, page layouts, permission sets, queues, email alerts/templates, and approval or routing logic.

· Ability to read, troubleshoot, and collaborate on Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and API-related issues; hands-on development experience is a plus.
