Job description

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Developer II to develop data-driven and AI-powered solutions that support business operations, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, SQL, machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI technologies to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, clean, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.
  • Develop machine learning models for forecasting, prediction, and scenario planning.
  • Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines using Python and SQL.
  • Perform statistical analysis, model validation, and data quality assessments.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for business stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI/LLMs and prompt engineering to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of AI/ML models and data-driven processes.
