Software Debugging Delivery Pipeline SC Clearance

Job description

You are the CEO of your portfolio. You own the mission outcome, the revenue, the product vision, and the team that delivers it, end to end.

An Echo doesn’t manage a deployment. You own your customer’s mission and the success of every program in your portfolio. You own the product vision for your customer, craft the MVP thesis that actually moves the needle, set clear team priorities, ship production-grade solutions at speed, and drive adoption until the platform is the heartbeat of the mission. Echoes are facilitators and value amplifiers at once, combining deep platform expertise with strong interpersonal skill and leadership to deliver real impact. Echoes are bold, they challenge assumptions, and they stay obsessed with the customer and the outcome, not the slide deck.

You’ll also carry titles like Mission Owner or Product Lead/Manager depending on the program, the substance of the role is the same across all of them.

What Owning It Looks Like Here

  • Own 100% of mission success and revenue growth for your portfolio, measured as share of the Palantir boutique market you’re competing in.
  • Own the product vision for your customer. You decide what the platform needs to become to solve their hardest problems, not just what they initially asked for.
  • Craft the MVP thesis, the single-page north-star document that aligns stakeholders, justifies investment, and scopes what gets built first.
  • Set team priorities every week. You run the stand-up, own the backlog, and protect the team from scope creep and distraction.
  • Drive user adoption until power users are building their own apps and the customer can’t imagine running the mission without the platform.
  • Decompose chaos into ontologies, pipelines, Workshop and Object Explorer apps, Quiver, code repos, and AIP chains that get used daily, not demoed once.
  • Drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell revenue within your primary stakeholder’s network and any pre-assigned accounts, using technical intimacy, trusted delivery outcomes, and a deep read of what your firm can actually do.
  • Co-create reusable accelerators and internal training content with your Deltas, so the team never rebuilds the same wheel twice.
  • Anticipate and kill blockers before they slow momentum, whether they’re technical, cultural, political, or financial.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle from onboarding through sustainment, with a real feedback loop for continuous improvement.

What a Day Actually Looks Like

Some mornings start with a briefing to a senior government stakeholder on where the platform stands and what’s next. Other days start with a pipeline that broke overnight and a Delta who needs direction on root cause versus workaround. Most days involve some version of: listening to a customer describe a problem, figuring out whether that’s the real problem or a symptom of one, translating that into something your team can build against this sprint, and then making sure the thing that gets built actually gets used. You’ll move between a whiteboard conversation with a program director and a technical walkthrough with your Deltas in the same afternoon.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You’re a former Palantir Echo, Deployment Strategist, or Forward Deployed Engineer, or you can demonstrate deep Palantir platform expertise some other way.
  • You feel rooted in your community, close to the people, challenges, and missions shaping life in your hub.
  • You’ve proven you can own a product vision and drive expansion inside a government account, not just execute what a contract already specified.
  • You can brief a three-star, write an MVP thesis, debug a pipeline, and run a retro, all in the same day, without treating any of them as beneath you.
  • You’re mission and outcome obsessed. You care more about results than the deck that describes them.
  • You own it. You see a problem, you fix it. Nobody hands you a ticket.
  • You believe small, senior teams beat lone heroes, every time.
  • You keep it real: straight talk, no politics, no drama.
  • It’s simple: don’t be a jerk.

Requirements

Required

  • Active Secret security clearance or greater, immediate eligibility for one.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a customer’s stated need into the real underlying problem, and to communicate that clearly enough for a technical team to build against it.
  • Track record of owning outcomes end to end, not just a portion of a delivery pipeline.
  • Comfortable operating with incomplete requirements and iterating rather than waiting for a complete brief.

Highly desired

  • Palantir Foundry experience.
  • Military, Special Operations, or law enforcement background, favored but not required for every position.
  • Experience briefing senior government or military leadership directly.

About the company

We deliver digital services that help government agencies unlock the power of their own data and maximize the value of the technology they’ve already bought. We design, build, and deploy solutions to solve mission-critical problems. We’re a Black-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small business, founded by a retired Naval officer out of frustration with the status quo, with one goal: help fellow shipmates solve the problems they face every day. That’s still what drives us. We take our clients’ missions as our own, and we mean it.
