Perform Tier 2-3 troubleshooting and oversee preventive maintenance across servers, storage platforms, and networking infrastructure. The selected individual will serve as the on-site technical leader responsible for coordinating operations, managing incidents, supervising technicians, and maintaining audit-ready environments aligned with DoD and national security standards.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) 15+ years supporting enterprise or classified data center operations Hands-on experience with: VMware vSphere / ESXi environments Windows and Linux server administration Enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Dell EMC or similar) Cisco and/or Palo Alto networking technologies Monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or comparable tools Strong experience with incident, change, and configuration management processes Prior support of classified government environments or cleared infrastructure facilities Ability to complete required COMSEC training within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCFM, or equivalent) IT service governance certifications (ITIL v4, COur ClientT) Security or networking certifications (Security+, Network+, or similar) Familiarity with power and cooling infrastructure (UPS, CRAC units, PDUs, BMS systems) Experience leading major incident response efforts Demonstrated leadership within 24x7 operations environments
