The salary range for this position is $38,650 - $42,151 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure all applicable data and/or database are collected.
• Provides remote assistance should it be needed. We typically achieve this remote access via Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech.
• Completes and ships all equipment list requests by ECS employees daily and with urgency.
• Transports data to our backup DR site as needed.
• Data security is a top priority. Ensures all policy and procedures are followed. Associate must handle every data set with care.
• Interacts and communicates with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, internal JH product groups as needed.
• Project Management skills are needed to be successful. We handle a large work load. Associate must be able to remain organized, be able to prioritize, and execute assigned tasks self-sufficiently.
• Administration of our SFTP site.
• Assembly and configuration of NAS devices.
• May perform other duties as assigned., No one will be subject to, and Jack Henry prohibits, any form of discipline, reprisal, intimidation, or retaliation for good faith reports or complaints of discrimination of any kind, pursuing any discrimination claim, or cooperating in related investigations.
