Technical Specialist

• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare patent applications.
• Engage with inventors to understand new technologies.
• Prepare technical and legal arguments for patent filings.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or science fields.
• USPTO Registration Number preferred.
• Eligibility to sit for the USPTO Patent Bar Exam if not registered.
• Legal authorization to access ITAR-controlled data.

Education

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics.

Certifications

• USPTO Registration Number preferred., * Strong technical background in relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical and legal documents.
