Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam expertise to support high-speed machining operations on Makino CNC machining centers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mold manufacturing, precision machining, and 2D/3D programming, with the ability to produce high-quality programs while meeting tight tolerances and production schedules., * Create and optimize CNC programs for Makino machining centers using Mastercam.

• Develop 2D and 3D programs for high-speed milling applications.
• Program precision mold components, tooling, and fixtures to exact specifications.
• Modify and update existing CNC programs based on engineering revisions and design changes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Toolroom teams to ensure efficient production.
• Follow established programming procedures, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Complete programming checklists and maintain accurate programming records.
• Prioritize programming tasks to support production schedules and project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a productive team environment.

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing or toolroom environment.
• Strong experience with Mastercam programming software.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CNC programming.
• Experience programming Makino CNC machining centers or similar high-speed CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of mold building, mold components, and precision machining practices.
• Ability to work with extremely tight tolerances and produce high-quality results.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment., * Do you have experience as a CNC Programmer ?
