Software Engineer

We’re hiring a part-time Software Engineer to help us build and scale internal systems across the business. You’ll work directly with the founder (a seasoned developer) and help architect and deploy tools that make a real difference daily.

You’ll be building:

• Internal web apps and dashboards

• Slack bots, automations, and AI workflows

• Data pipelines between inventory, CRM, compliance, and marketing tools

• Lightweight UIs for internal users

• Modular, ROI-driven solutions-no fluff, all impact

What You’ll Do

• Design, code, and deploy tools used by our entire team

• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for internal use cases

• Build and maintain scripts, bots, and automations (Slack, Supabase, etc.)

• Collaborate directly with the founder and key operators

• Identify bottlenecks and eliminate them with software

• Own projects from concept to deployment with speed and autonomy

• Firebase / Supabase

• Slack APIs

• AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

• Make.com, Zapier (occasionally)

• GitHub, Vercel, Fly.io
