Job description

We are looking for an expert Webflow developer to provide ongoing support for our marketing website, instawork.com. This person will work primarily with our Growth Marketing Director and SEO Manager., * You are still learning Webflow or have only limited professional Webflow experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the marketing team by creating and updating website pages, content, and layouts.
  • Work primarily with our Director of Growth Marketing and SEO Manager.
  • Build responsive marketing pages and landing pages from Figma designs.

  • Create and update Webflow CMS collections, dynamic templates, and content.
  • Build and improve reusable Webflow components.

  • Add Webflow interactions, animations, and lightweight custom JavaScript.
  • Publish content and perform page QA before and after launch.
  • Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance issues.
  • Maintain consistency, usability, and performance across pages, templates, and components.
  • Communicate with the team through Slack and Zoom., We put ourselves in the shoes of our colleagues and customers and don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, instead building trust through honest and direct feedback.
  • Bias for Action We practice high-velocity decision-making, clear-eyed that we often operate with incomplete information. Growing quickly means it’s OK to be wrong, so long as we learn from our mistakes and course correct!

  • Always Be Learning We’re a curious bunch, and with AI transforming our workplace we encourage everyone to learn from each other, compounding our knowledge and experience to help us change an entire industry.

  • Act Like an Owner We work long, hard, and smart, building products that delight our users and drive growth. Your ability to impact Instawork is limited only by your courage and conviction, not your job description.

Requirements

We are located in the Pacific Time Zone and can only work with candidates within 4 hours of this time zone. Preference will given to US-based candidates but we are open to workers in other countries. Experience with web design, content publishing, or motion design is a plus., * You are an expert Webflow developer who can build and launch high-quality pages quickly and efficiently

  • You have advanced experience with Webflow CMS, including collections, dynamic binding, collection templates, filtering, and sorting.
  • You can use Figma designs to build fully responsive pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • You are proficient in creating, structuring, and maintaining scalable Webflow styles and CSS.
  • You understand semantic HTML, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, schema markup, redirects, and SEO best practices.
  • You have experience using Finsweet Attributes or similar Webflow libraries.
  • You can use lightweight JavaScript when Webflow’s native functionality is not sufficient.
  • You think in systems and create reusable components that improve consistency and make future development faster.
  • You are comfortable working independently, identifying potential issues, and recommending better solutions.
  • You understand how and when to use AI to accelerate your work. Cursor is an important tool here and you will have the freedom to build.
